So you’ve lit up an LED and the question is “ok now what?” Well, the beauty of the microcontroller is the myriad of sensors and real-time feedback you can create to make awesome projects. Whether you are building a burglar alarm, a robot, microbrew system, auto-watering garden, or turning your lights on and off working with sensors and input/output devices is key to taking the next step. We are going to have a plethora of sensors on hand to experiment with as we grab materials and build projects to learn how to pick a sensor, popular sources, howto implement it and how to think outside the box to build your next project. Don’t let your arduino collect dust. Let’s dust it off and build something awesome!
