VISUAL ARTS OPENING JULY 13:

On display at the Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art:

Rebirthing breath work uses a conscious connected breathing technique to release tension and stored emotions in body, which makes space for new thoughts, actions, and possibilities in your life.
At the Group Breath-Work Session with Ambrose Gage on July 20, we’ll work on clearing the emotional past, bringing you into the present, into the body, restoring innocence, and increasing vitality. Register today.
This event is one of many exciting programs as part of Tattfoo Tan’s Heal the Man in order to Heal the Land exhibition, which explores how spirituality manifests itself out of the connections between internal experience and the material world.
