The 2016 program will focuses on five key topics:
Job development, Substance Abuse, Technology, and Gun Violence
The 10th Annual Island Voice Youth Empowerment Summit brings together hundreds of youths from a variety of backgrounds to interact with each other and network.
The Summit is free and open to everyone.
