ACROSS THE CITY
Spring has arrived, and activities for people of all ages are in full bloom. With Easter just around the corner, NYC Parks shares a list of 12 fun-filled events across the five boroughs to help New Yorkers bunny hop into action. From eggstraordinary egg hunts to cocktails and crafts, there’s something for everyone.

1. Easter Egg Hunt
Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum – The Bronx
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Bring out the children (ages 2-12) for an egg hunt, arts, and crafts, and to take photos with the Easter bunny.
2. Morningside Park Easter Celebration
Morningside Park – Manhattan
10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Children and parents are invited to enjoy music, face painting, an Easter egg hunt, and games.
3. Easter Celebration at Highbridge
Highbridge Recreation Center – Manhattan
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Hop into the Highbridge Recreation Center and participate in an egg hunt, arts and crafts activities, and traditional games. You’ll also spend time with their friendly Easter bunny.

4. An Eggstraodinary Easter with St. Mary’s
St. Mary’s Recreation Center – The Bronx
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Join St. Mary’s Recreation Center staff for an eggstra fun afternoon while they hunt for Easter eggs. It’s free, family fun for everyone.

5. Evening Cocktail and Craft: Natural Easter Egg Dyeing
Queens Botanical Gardens – Queens

Learn about different types of natural food-based dyes and create botanical patterns to dye your own set of Easter eggs. Enjoy a fresh spring cocktail while you craft! Adults 21+ only.

6. Historic Richmond Town’s Easter Egg Hunt
Historic Richmond Town – Staten Island
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Bring an egg carton to decorate in high Victorian style, transforming it into a festive egg-holder which can hold up to 6 candy-filled eggs
7. WBO Spring Egg Hunt
Williamsbridge Oval Recreation Center-The Bronx
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
WBO’s annual Spring Egg Hunt is back! Take part in a variety of activities including carnival games, arts & crafts, potato sack races, Urban Park Ranger programming, and a visit from an Easter bunny.
8. Barnyard Egg Hunt
Queens County Farm Museum –Queens
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Try your luck at egg tossing and egg rolling games; visit the farm animals and take a hayride. Additionally, food vendors will be on the farm all day.
9. Easter Egg Hunt
St. James Recreation Center –The Bronx
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
A day of fun for all awaits, as you’re invited to participate in obstacle courses, arts and crafts, and of course, the annual Easter Egg Hunt.
10. Wyckoff Farmhouse Easter Egg Hunt
Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum – Brooklyn
12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Families are welcome to participate in an Easter Egg Hunt at the Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum.

Join in on this traditional Easter Egg Hunt in the garden of the historic Lewis H. Latimer House. Children under 11 are invited to attend. RSVP is required.
