StatenIsland, N.Y. (March 12, 2015) –  April 2, 2015 Where to Turn and Beacon of Hope NY working with The National Honor Society and the Student Union of New Dorp High School will present Staten Island’s 2nd Annual Senior Citizen’s Senior Prom.

The event will take place at New Dorp High School located at 465 New Dorp Lane Staten Island, NY 10306 on April 2 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Food, music, prizes and the chance to be King and Queen of the Prom will be available to the first 150 senior citizens who register

Prior to the prom we are making dresses available to any senior who wishes to attend the prom. (These dresses are also available to any student who needs one to attend a prom).

Dresses will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the following locations

Assemblyman Titone’s Office 853 Forest Avenue
Community Board 1 One Edgewater Plaza Suite 217

The Richmond County Democratic Club 35 New Dorp Plaza

All prom dresses have been donated as part of a Where to Turn Program that has distributed over 1,000 dresses over the past 4 years. We still have over 500 dresses on display.
