The Greenbelt Conservancy has been named an official charity partner of the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon
We are offering a limited amount of guaranteed entries into the world’s most famous marathon.
And it all starts in Staten Island!
We are currently accepting applications from interested runners to participate with Team Greenbelt! Marathon day is Sunday, November 5, 2017.

With only five (5) entries available, priority will be given to Staten Islanders with a passion for the Greenbelt. People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to apply.

In exchange, Team Greenbelt members will be held to a $3,000 fundraising minimum. Runners will be provided access to a personalized fundraising website and will receive individual fundraising assistance from our staff and volunteers.

Another Opportunity to support the

Can I still run with Team Greenbelt even if I have already obtained guaranteed entry into the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon?
YES! If you are able to obtain entry to the event via the drawing, or as a qualifier, you are still welcome to join Team Greenbelt. Runners who have already obtained guaranteed entry will be asked to raise a minimum of $500 and will obtain all Team Greenbelt perks. Please email email@example.com to learn more.
All proceeds raised through this charity partnership will directly benefit the Greenbelt Conservancy and its mission to promote, sustain and enhance Staten Island’s Greenbelt. The Greenbelt Conservancy is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization. Contributions are fully tax deductible.
