Enjoy Free Summer Meals in NYC: Breakfast and Lunch for Kids and Teens
Free summer meals NYC. When school is out, the fun doesn’t have to stop! From June 27 to August 30, 2024, kids and teens across New York City can enjoy free breakfast and lunch through the Free Summer Meals Program. Where to Find Free Summer Meals: You can find these free meals at select NYC Public Schools, community pool centers, parks, and libraries. No need to sign up, show any papers, or have an ID – just show up and enjoy a delicious meal!

- No Service: July 4, 2024
- Service Available: July 5, 2024
- Breakfast Time: 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM
- Lunch Time: 11:00 AM – 1:15 PM

Community Feeding Locations: For convenience, meals are available at various community feeding locations. You can also enjoy meals from our food trucks operating throughout the city.
Food Truck Service Locations:
- Manhattan: Sara D. Roosevelt Park
- Brooklyn: Prospect Park (Parkside Avenue and Ocean Avenue)
- Bronx: Ferry Point Park (Schley Avenue and Hutchinson River Parkway)
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekends: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Spread the Word: Help us spread the word about the Free Summer Meals Program! We have created a Summer Meals Toolkit with flyers, social media images, and text available for download. These resources are available in all NYCPS languages and provide all the details families need to participate in the program.
Community Based Organizations (CBO): Non-profit and not-for-profit organizations may be eligible to pick up meals for community members 18 years and under. Complete our online application here.
