NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERT: THE ITTYBIDDIES
WHEN: February 21, 2016 @ 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
COST: Free
With roots in jazz and cabaret, The Itty Biddies are known for their genre-defying sound and energetic live performances. The trio encourages listeners to sing and dance along to their soaring vocals and lively instrumentals that feature ukulele, piano, bass, and drums. This concert will also feature new works inspired by the song “Somewhere” from West Side Story and written by young mothers in the local community in collaboration with The Itty Biddies as part of The Somewhere Project, a citywide creative learning project that honors Carnegie Hall’s 125th anniversary. Performance will take place at the Music Hall and admission is free!
