MulchFest 2016
10am-2pm, locations in all five boroughs
Turn your tree into mulch to nourish trees and plants throughout the city.  Drop-off sites are open between January 2-10, and select chipping sites on January 9 & 10 allow you to watch your tree go into the chipper and take home your own bag of mulch.  DSNY will also collect trees curbside for mulching (weather permitting) from January 4-15. All trees must be unbagged and stripped of ornaments and lights.  Learn more.
