DAILY ACTIVITIES:

Sign your name to the Declaration of Independence.

Visit historic houses and shops for live demonstrations of historic trades, including tinsmithing, hearth cooking, and more.

Master Storyteller Jonathan Kruk will regale audiences with Stories of Staten Island Ships, Sea Monsters, and Marvels.

Participate in a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence and march in a Patriot’s Parade through the center of Town.

Meet living historians portraying George Washington and Betsy Ross.

Learn about The Science Behind Fireworks, a demonstration by The Unexcelled Firework Company (1888-1944).

Phydeaux’s Flying Flea Circus and Wahoo Medicine Show re-creates the midway amusements of the 19th century, with shows all day.

Food Vendors will be on hand all weekend, including pies, ice cream, and cold beer.
