Guided Tours
Fri. – Sun. | January 12 – April 28 | 1pm & 3pm

Stop by 11 am-5 pm Friday-Sunday to enjoy a visit to our Historical Museum and go on a walking tour unlike any other in NYC. Our Two Centuries Tour invites you to contemplate the changing landscape and human population of Staten Island over time, from European contact through the era of the young republic. Tours step off at 1 pm and 3 pm. After your tour, stop by the Village Store where you can purchase an array of branded merchandise and items handmade right here in our historic village.

Tavern Concerts

This indoor concert series takes place in our historic Guyon Tavern, which boasts a wood-burning stove, flickering candles, live music, and the true feel of a 19th century saloon. Beverage options harken back to the period and include hot spiced apple cider, scratch made mulled wine, as well as a refreshing selection of beers.

Paper Marbling Workshop

This winter, learn about this time-honored art form of creating unique, one-of-a-kind paper prints with the Education team at Historic Richmond Town. Participants will examine marbled paper in our museum collection and make their own prints to take home in an hour-long work


English Country Dance

Join Historical Interpreter Jeffrey Cavorley to learn the art of the classic social dance developed in England through the 18th century. This program is offered to novices and experienced dancers alike, and is open to all ages – just bring your dancing shoes!
